From Human Hair Loc Extensions and Loc Maintenance to Color, Loc Repair , instalocs, and more, I specialize in creating flawless, head turning Locs for every client. My goal is simple: to help you look and feel your absolute best, whether you’re preparing for a photoshoot, Going on Tour , Movie Set , special event, or just treating yourself. You can also visit the New Guest Tab at www.kbnll.com for more details. ⸻ 🚫 CASHLESS SALON • We are a cashless salon for safety and efficiency. • Credit/Debit Cards only. • If you must pay with cash, a $15 processing fee will be applied. ⸻ 💳 PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS • A deposit is required for most services. • Deposits are charged to the card you keep on file. • If a deposit is not made within 48 hours, your appointment will remain an inquiry (not approved). • Rest assured: your card will never be charged without your consent. ⸻ ⏰ LATE POLICY • 10 minutes late → $15 late fee • 20 minutes late → 20% cancellation fee (charged to card on file) • If I’m running late, you’ll be notified and offered a discount for the inconvenience. ⸻ 🌙 AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS • Available Tuesday- Friday after 5 PM. • Some services may require continuation the next business day. • If that happens, you’ll receive 24-hour notice + a $25 discount. ⸻ 🚫 NO EXTRA GUESTS • For everyone’s comfort and safety, please come alone to your appointment. ⸻ 💰 ACCEPTED PAYMENT TYPES • Credit & Debit Cards • Buy Now, Pay Later Options: Afterpay, Klarna, Affirm • ❌ No third-party apps or peer-to-peer payments (CashApp, Zelle, Venmo, etc.) ⸻ ⚠️ HAIR CONDITION NOTICE • If you are experiencing severe thinning or balding, unfortunately cannot accept your appointment at this time. ⸻ BOOKING PACKAGES 💎 To book any of my specialty packages (like influencer/celebrity or multi-service packages), please contact me via email. Package requests must be submitted at least 1-2 months in advance to allow for proper scheduling and planning.
