If you must pay with cash, a $15 fee will be added. ⸻ PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS 👇🏾👇🏾 • A deposit is required for most services. • Deposits are charged to the card you place on file. • If no deposit is made within 48 hours, your appointment will be marked as an inquiry and not approved. • Your card will not be charged without your consent. ⸻ LATE POLICY 🚨 • 10 minutes late = $15 late fee • 20 minutes late = 20% cancellation fee (charged to card on file) • If we’re running late, you’ll be notified and offered a discount. ⸻ AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS (Tues–Fri after 5 PM) Some services may require continuation the next business day.
